Day 16

Today i decided to help out in the committee room at Howick after practice. I helped with the computer. I fotocopied all of the sheets that need to be and I had also organised the files for them. The ladies really appreciated it and thanked me they had offered me a free ball but i didn't take it. I felt it was quite fun doing all of the stuff as it made me happy.

Day 16

Today I did the dishes for my sister as it was her turn. She was very glad that I had done them before she got home. I felt average about doing the dishes. She said thank you and said she would repay me but I said she didn't have to.

Day 15

Today I went shopping with my sister. I helped carry all of the groceries into her bedroom. She really was grateful for what I did and said thanks. I felt really happy I could help her

Day 14

Today I cooked dinner for my family. They said it was lovely and enjoyed it. Mum said she really appreciated it. It made me feel excited for some reason.

Day 13

Today I cleaned the house when my parents were out and my sister was still sleeping. My said thank you but ended up still cleaning over what I did even though there was nothing to clean. I think it made me feel proud.

Day 12

Today I was walking home from school when i saw a whole bunch of rubbish. I picked it all up and put it in the bin about 20m away. I dont know who i helped but i think it was the enviroment. I felt good that the park was clean

Day 11

Today I was walking towards school and I saw a student trip up on the stairs and her knee was bleeding so I took her to the sick bay. She said thank you to me and told me her name. I was happy I could help her out when she fell.

Day 10

Today I packed up the netballs after training. Dad appricated it and said thank you i was glad he was happy

Day 9

Today my good deed was helping out at my sisters work this afternoon. She got through her work a lot faster and had thanked me for it. I was happy about helping my sister file papers so it would mean I could help her in this way and plus I get to test the new drinks.

Day 8

Today I made a cup of tea for my parents. They were both thankful. I was happy at their comments. They said that they could get used to this.

Day 7

Today I mowed the lawns while my parents were resting after netball. My mum and dad were very surprised at what I did for them. I was proud and happy at their reactions. Dad said thank you and gave me a hug and so did mum.

Day 6

Today I went down to the shops to get some study cards for my sister. She was happy and relieved she didn't have to go down. She said she was thankful and relieved I went and got the cards for her. I was happy I could help her with her studying.

Day 5

Today I washed my dads truck. He was surprised and thankful I did that for him. I felt proud he was surprised at what I did. He said thank you and gave me a hug for it.

Day 4

Today I ironed and folded the washing. Dad was grateful I did it for him. I was proud I ironed so well. He said thank you to me afterwards.

Day 3

This afternoon I did the dishes. My mum said she really appreciated it and was happy. I was thankful that she appreciated it.

Day 2

Tonight I did the dishes for my sister with out being asked to. She was happy and relieved that she could get on with her studying with out being interupted. I was proud to say I had help my sister. She said thank you to me afterwards and my mum had also said she liked coming home to a dish free kitchen.

Day 1

Today I cooked dinner for my family, so my mum didn't have to do it herself. My mum was very grateful I offered to cook dinner for her and my family. She thanked me and kept on saying well done while I was cooking. I was proud I could help my mum in this small way so she could relax instead of worrying about dinner for the rest of us. My family then said thank you to me for making dinner.
